“A wonderful experience...”
I had the pleasure of staying at the Muu Hotel from the 17/-7 - 24/-7 and it was wonderful. I had the pleasure of staying at the Muu Hotel from the 17/-7 - 24/-7 and it was wonderful. From Woody and the boys at the concierge desk to housekeeping and the pool attendants, to our check- out receptionist, I could not fault. Our room was wonderful, spacious, well- appointed and spotless. If I could mention but one issue it was on our last night. My cousin who I was travelling with and myself got lost on our way back to the hotel, we called the hotel to seek assistance, but this proved very difficult. As a suggestion, next time a guest calls to advise that they are lost and require some help, the first thing that the switch board operator should ask is the following: 1. Are you safe? 2. Do you need a doctor/an ambulance/ the police? 3. How can I help? By asking these questions, it will calm the guest down, who will then be able to explain the situation clearly. As opposed to feeling more stressed at the lack of concern and interest by the switch board operator/staff member that we had. Thank you and I look forward to staying with you again on my next trip... Christina

Recommended. Hotel is small but nice one. Lobby and restaurant are very tidy and clean. Light music always playing. Rooms are lil old and certain spots dusty.
