Hotel is less than 5 mins’ walk from National Stadium BTS. There is also a McDonald’s just next to the hotel followed by a less-than-1-min walk to a massage parlour. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. There was complimentary breakfast and the spread was not bad. For breakfast, best to go before 8.30am to avoid the massive crowd. On the 24th floor, there is a gym and outdoor garden. The room was okay. The usual coffee/tea facilities, safe, arm chair, tv & toiletries were provided for. Just that the water pressure was irregular & it was irritating. I was on the 23rd floor and the view was wonderful.

This review is based on value, location and service. Firstly this hotel has breakfast included which was very welcoming for families and of course, the restaurant is always full in the mornings, which is expected. The service provided at the front desk was friendly and nice for a basic hotel. Located at the edge of Siam with an escalator to access the bts, so no need for stairs. Rooms were ok, the only complain we had was the pillows, the firm and soft pillows were both too soft, they flatten in a instant.

Decent priced hotel with one of the best strategically located. A 3 minute walk from BTS National Stadium and popular malls MBK, Siam Center and Siam Paragon. Room was decent. However, while the bed was comfy, the pillow was not. They have both 'soft' and 'firm' pillows, but both of the pillows got flattened so easily that I had trouble sleeping. While they have universal plugs, its a little pity that they do not have USB charging for guest like me having multiple electronics to charge. Unfortunately, TV channel selections was the poorest, with little to no entertainment/sports channels. Free breakfast was better. Selection of your typical westernized breakfast like toasted bread, crossaints, hotdogs, random eggs and others (some dishes changes everyday). Heard of the busy breakfast time after 8am therefore I do advise to go before that. Counter staffs were friendly and helpful enough to smoothen both the check-in/check-out process.

We stayed here for 4 nights. BTS National Stadium was just a short walk from the hotel. It was also walking distance to the shopping malls (Siam Paragon, MBK). Plus McDonald's was attached to the hotel; there is a door in the lobby to get inside McDonald's without stepping outside. The location was perfect for us, especially using the Airport Link and BTS to get to the hotel / airport. The room was clean and comfortable. We were on the 23rd floor, so we had a good bird's eye view of the stadium and neighborhood below. The pillows were "soft" though one of them said "firm", but both felt "soft" to me. Fortunately, I didn't have any issues with sleeping. Free bottled water (glass bottles) plus coffee/tea essentials available. Love the fact that in the bathroom they also had the bathroom essentials as well (shower cap, toothbrush, etc.). Hotel had complimentary breakfast. A good variety every day (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, butter chicken, fried rice, etc.). We often arrived at 6 a.m. to avoid the crowd and find good seating. We used their laundry facility which was on the same floor as the breakfast area. It would seem easy to start a washing machine, but not at this hotel. It's a long story which involved a Technician, no coin machine, and taking the elevators up and down to the Front Desk to get the issue resolved. All in all, we wasted valuable time in the morning just getting our laundry done. So of course, we exited our room a bit late that day (10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.) and later in the afternoon, we found out our room wasn't cleaned. So we informed the Front Desk. We waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes until the room was cleaned. (Not how we wanted to spend a precious day in Bangkok.) Overall, we would return to this hotel because of its proximity to BTS National Stadium and shopping malls. We would just avoid doing our laundry here.
