“Helpful staff”
Very helpful and friendly staff Fah,Zukim,Meaw extremely helpful and friendly will for sure come back to this location clean surrounding the location is very good to the bts station very convenient to shopping and eating massage parlours

“The hotel is very nice”
The hotel is very nice. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and it's close to the BTS, making travel convenient. The reception staff took great care of us during our stay, providing excellent information and assistance throughout our stay.

Warm sincere service by entire hospitality team who were always helpful and warm even when faced with a large volume of guests. The staff really cares, especially the female manager who made it a point to check if I left something on purpose in the room and ran after me while I was in the cab. She didn’t have to but that’s how they are there. What the hotel lacks in amenities is more by made go by the heart and sincerity of the people there.

“Satisfied with our stay”

5 night stay for 3 adults in 2 rooms Upside: (1) Location: Roughly 5 minute walk to Chong Nonsi skytrain station, giving convenient access by skytrain to tourist attractions and shopping. Note that most of the route requires walking on the busy alley, given the lack of sidewalks aside most alleys in Bangkok. Also, there are many cafes, restaurants, stores and services around the hotel. (2) Good value for money: For the price paid, rooms are clean, fresh/well-maintained and comfortable. As usual for the Holiday Inn Express brand, breakfast is included, which had a decent selection of hot food, pastries and fruits, as well as coffee machines. There's also a small and basic gym. There's no pool, though. (3) Tour/transportation desk: Located in the lobby, we used them to arrange our early-morning departure airport transfer (chargeable). They were reliable and the price, vehicle and driver were acceptable. Downside: (1) Air-conditioning: Seems to have been pre-set at a slightly warm level. This was particularly noticeable at night. Although there's a control panel in the room, lowering the temperature didn't seem to have any effect.
