The hotel is very nice and staff are very polite and gentle and also food are very hygienic. They mantaine there hygiene very well, great location,Beautiful surrounding atmosphere feeling very fresh and calm, most friendly and helpful staff.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Where to start: 1. We requested for early check in as we had a small baby with us. We came 4 hrs early. The hotel allowed us to use the Facilities floor where we could relax. Then we were allowed check in at 2 hrs early. 2. They also free upgraded us to a higher floor room and gave us room at floor 31 (out of total hotel’s 32 floors) 3. Room had an amazing expansive view of BKK skyline and is quite modern. Room also had a modular kitchen in it. 4. For the 1st time i have seen washing machine provided in a hotel room. And we used it extensively. The best thing is that after 3 days, we left the hotel with our suitcase full of clean clothes 5. Did i mention daily free snacks and free drinks topped up in the large fridge present in the room? 6. They also have very tasty iced tea as well as a sophisticated coffee machine in the reception lobby. And boy did i use it extensively by coming down to lobby, just to take coffee in the room, for free :) 7. Also, the hotel has a seamless connection to a huge shopping mall. It was so amazing as whenever we felt that we didn’t want to go outside, we could still visit the mall and come back to our room in 5 minutes. The hotel is also at a BTS station (but we didn’t use the Metro though) 8. The pool is also quite big and water temperature was always just right 9. Though this is a 5 star hotel but the food prices were quite reasonable. We ordered extensively in our room. 10. All the staff is extremely courteous. Whenever you come down to lobby, atleast 2-3 people do namaste to you. I have never seen such courteousness in other 5 star hotels 11. I would also like to mention that staff is also polite and friendly. Mr. Sandipat (sorry if name spelling is wrong) helped in loading unloading our baggage and is very friendly. All over I would definitely come to this hotel whenever i am back in BKK and would strongly recommend coming here. One suggestion I would like to give is to rethink about hotel’s policy of mandatory 3000 Thai Bhat deposit during check in (which is completely refundable during check out).

As a wheelchair person's experience, I was satisfied with my experience staying in Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21(GCP). Right from the start, my partner and I were greeted very warmly by the lobby staff, from the Bellhops, Lobby Floor staff to the Check-In staff. I figured I also got extra care and attention due to me being in my electric wheelchair. We had initially booked a Deluxe Premium Room. The Check-In staff considerately asked if we would like to consider the disability accessible (DA) room, which was similar in size but had an open concept bathroom which was slightly larger in size than the normal bathrooms. We, then, had the pleasure of being brought to view the two rooms before making our decision on which room we would like to check in. After viewing the room, we decided to take on the DA room. Plus points first. The bedroom was a very generous in size and extremely comfortable. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows with electric blinds. The sofa with small dining table was a nice space to dine and do some laptop work. We also appreciated that the hotel turned the two single beds into a king size bed for us in the room. The room and beds were made up with pristine condition. Bedsheets were changed every day which I appreciate as I am very picky with cleanliness. The fresh sheets made my staying experience much more comfortable. Housekeeping staff are very helpful and willing to please for any requests such as more towels or bottles of water. A++ for quick and prompt services. Next, I really enjoyed the ‘john’ aka the throne in the bathroom. Fully-equipped with wash/dry functions and not to mention, the heated seat. Personally, I feel all hotels should be equipped with this ‘throne’. This would be one of the selling points of getting a room at GCP. However, for me, the positives for the bathroom ends there. I must say improvements need to be made in order for the disabled bathroom to help disabled persons. Putting in two assisting bars next to the toilet seat and having an open concept does not constitute it to be a good disabled bathroom. Not to mention, the left assisting bar seemed to have mysteriously electrocuted me at times when I was using the loo. Management may like to look into that. For a semi-disabled person (able to walk and stand for short distances and time due to extremely weak legs), the shower usability is a definite fail for me. With an open shower concept like most disabled bathrooms, the floors for this bathroom are too slippery especially when wet. The amount of strength to manage from trying to shower and trying not to fall at the same time became rather exhausting after 3 nights in this room. With no boundaries, the entire marbled floors were too wet and slippery to maneuver after a shower. My partner had to lay multiple bathroom towels on the floor after any shower in order to use the bathroom and try not to fall while using it. My suggestion to the management, would be to change the tiles at the shower area to a rougher surfaced tile so that slips can be prevented. The shower area should also able to have water flow slightly on an angle in order for shower water to drain properly and not sit flatly as it currently does on the slippery marble tiles. Management may also consider building a seat stomp against one of the walls in the shower. It may prove to be helpful for people with disabilities. Another plus point of the hotel would be accessibility and size of the lifts in the hotel. I was able to get in and out of the lift comfortably. And at times when I had the lift to myself, was able to do a 180° turn to face the lift door to get out of the lift. The building is very wheelchair friendly. Most doors were big enough to allow me to go in and out comfortably with the wheelchair. The Bellhop staff were very quick and alert most of the time as my partner was able to receive assistance on lifting my wheelchair in and out of the boot of Grab cars. They were always friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. This would be one of the expectancies we have of a 5-star hotel such as GCP. This is comparing with the services provided by staff from other hotels in Bangkok. A++ for the entire Bellhop and Lobby Ground staff. We also enjoyed the smoking terrace on Level 8, which was great as it was windy almost every time we were there. At one time, I was also able to get quick assistance from a lady staff to help open the door for me to access the terrace. It was a nice feeling to get the sun but wind at the same time. We felt the free drinks at the welcome lounge on the ground floor was definitely another brilliant idea by GCP. Breakfast was very great and very enjoyable with a wide variety of foods available. Staff at the Breakfast café was very friendly and helpful to me, and at times offered to help me with my plate of food and drinks to my table, which I am very appreciative of. A++ for their impeccable service. Location wise, the accessibility to Terminal 21 is one of the best positives about GCP. I was able to go to Terminal 21 without having to hop on a Grab. I am able to travel around in my electric wheelchair without any issues. I think the only let down was the lift accessibility within Terminal 21 for disabled persons. Due to the non-stop crowds, accessing to different floors is very time-consuming in my situation. This is comparing my experience with shopping in MBK. Though GCP is located in the ‘heart’ of Sukhumvit, it is this supposedly advantage which will make me think twice about staying in GCP again. It is near impossible to travel to other parts of Sukhumvit without being stuck in traffic, which is not unusual in Bangkok but is the worst at Sukhumvit. It took our Grab an hour to get to EmQuatier from GCP even though it’s slightly down the road. I was very willing to try going in my electric wheelchair via the pedestrian roads but was advised against it by the hotel staff who suggested a Grab ride instead. Remember safer might not be quicker. In general, I honestly think it would have been a greater staying experience for an abled guest. For me, it was generally a nice stay but improvements are desirable.

Stay was Generally ok but duty manager TANAKORN had a terrible attitude . VERY RUDE AND NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE which should be his forte actually . Hotel will surely lose a lot of business and name due to that . Phooki / nickname the one who checked us in was a great person to deal with .
