“Well Deserved Break”

Professional and friendly staff, nice and clean, good water pressure in the shower. Shuttle to the station, close for walking back to hotel. Breakfast was lovely, good variety. Nice swimming pool Overall excellent stay and I would stay again.

Great location. Lovely staff. Very affordable accomodations. Very happy with our stay at this property, as we started our trip in Bangkok. The location is fantastic, as you are walking distance to great restaurants and activities, including Terminal 21. Great space in the suite, which was helpful for us to have separate spaces to work during the week. And quiet, so we slept very well. And the staff was fantastic. The bell team was hard working and clearly took pride in their work. The front desk team was accommodating, and very helpful with any questions we had. And the GM is wonderful, taking pride in the property and his team.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are condominium style, big size , specious and very comfortable with all the needed amenities. It’s located in a quiet Soi in the heart of bustling Bangkok- a quiet oasis in the big city. It’s a big hotel with boutique feeling. On top of that and not less important, is the best possible service, given by the dedicated staff of the hotel- The amazing reception/front desk team, the great attentive breakfast team, the helpful and kind bellboy team, the most possible clean and excellent housekeeping team and all the great office team. We were here for three nights, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel/residences are located on Soi 19 Sukhumvit, and are close to all the shops/restaurants on Sukhumvit Rd, as well as the Metro and BTS. There is an ART station nearby as well - but not close enough to walk with luggage. Location-wise, this ticks all the boxes for a stay in the Sukhumvit area We had a Grand Suite, which was very comfortable, large rooms, good bathroom area, a balcony, kitchen & laundry. And the bed was one of the most comfortable ever. The service was friendly, although the person at check-in was a bit confused about our benefits as Accor Platinum status guests. Note that the drinks voucher is only valid for non-alcoholic drinks. The bell-man, breakfast staff, and watchman were all very helpful and polite. Breakfast on the 14th floor was not extravagant, but sufficient. (Basic cereals, juice, eggs to order, bread, jam, some hot food, etc). The pool on the 14th floor was clean and inviting. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, and was fine for a short stay. However, for long extended stays, one might need to negotiate some more kitchen-ware from management.
