“So many wonderful memories coming back.........”

Because of the Covid lockdown and my sickness, I have not been back to this wonderful hotel for 5 years. I went last week with my wife and her family members and we had one of the best hotel experiences so far. The minute you stepped into the hotel, the conciege was diligently helping you with needs in such an efficient and orderly manner. The check-in process was smooth and delivery of luggages to the rooms was done in a timely manner. The rooms were impeccably tidy and clean and the standard of bedsheet, pillows, blanket was superb. I enjoyed the swimming pool the most while my wife was having a wonderful time in the Spa, afternoon place and cake shop. We could have easily spent the whole 4 days inside the hotel complex and enjoyed all the specialties of Bangkok. As a regular before the Covid, I was worried the hotel will change in the wrong direction. Yes some familiar faces were gone during the Covid but there were still some staff working over 20 years there. The new staff demonstarted the high standard of service required by this hotel and all the past memories flashed back to me and my wife. The hotel has evolved and it is now even better than before.

The staff at the hotel club lounge are amazing, especially Gai who greets my family and I warmly always and the young man Mel who takes care of our family requests kindly and warmly. The breakfast spread at the dining room is extensive. Staff service is great and are efficient even with busy crowds. Looking forward to our next visit.

The best hotel with the best staff in the world............The most amazing hotel. Each and everyone from the doorman to the room cleaners were excellent. Their breakfast staff are the most amazing people in the world. Club Lounge is amazing.

I have been staying at Grand Hyatt , Erawan for more than 15 years now, every time I visit Bangkok which is about twice a year. Love its location , ambience , top notch service and their willingness to go that extra mile to satisfy customers. I always stay in their club rooms which gives access to their Grand Club Lounge with complimentary breakfast, evening happy hours. The team at Club lounge is exceptional. They are always ready to provide you early check-in or late check-out benefits . SPASSO club is lively after 10PM with Live Band.

The main highlight of the Grand Hyatt Erawan is the location. You can walk to the Skywalk, BTS Station, and malls without ever stepping foot on the busy streets of Bangkok. As Globalist, we were brought up to the Grand Club level to check in, and since it was in the evening, we enjoyed the happy hour with cocktails, wine, and hors d’oeuvres. We requested connecting rooms as we were traveling with our children, but the request was not met and we had to change rooms the next night. We stayed 4 nights total, but it was inconvenient to have to unpack and pack up again to move. Naan, the bellman who picked up our bags was very friendly. The next day in the lobby, he remembered my husband’s name and offered to take our family picture as he saw us snapping some photos. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with a noodle station, egg station, and many options from Thai, to European, Indian, Japanese rolls, and Chinese dim sum. Pla, the breakfast host and waitress remembered our drink orders, was very attentive, and always smiling. The gym is spacious with an array of workout machines. The locker rooms have a steam room, and small hot tub and cold plunge pool, which is a nice bonus. Concierge was helpful with my requests during my stay. Also, Jam, the lady in the front lobby, greeted us and we had a nice conversation before leaving to the airport. She left a nice lasting impression on our stay at Erawan.
