Great location for shopping rooms a bit dated but spacious fantastic break back staff very helpful. On arrival we where allocated a really bad room on the 24th floor carpet trim on threshold ripped and was a tripping hazard, lights in the bedroom didn’t work black mould on the walls and painting all flacks so we complained and got moved to the 16th floor with a much better room and large tv and very clean our only complaint in this room was it had 2 single beds so the staff pushed the beds together and put a mattress topper on and 2 single quilts which worked for us. All in all a very nice hotel if you get a suite which has been refurbished.

“Foul smells, Loose Nails and Questionable Stains”

I asked for 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, but I got 2 rooms with 2 single beds instead. I asked for 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, but I got 2 rooms with 2 single beds instead. They fixed this quickly so it was great. we went into the rooms and there is a terrible smell. It smells like someone didn't dry their shoes and socks properly. It bothered me very much so I asked the bellhops to please bring us an air freshener and he was like, "ok, i will send someone". 30 mins past, no one came, it was dinner time so we went downstairs and i asked the reception for some air freshener again for the rooms. she said ok, but no one came. I know no one came because my grandmother stayed behind in the room as she was tired from the flight and she said no one came. I asked the 2 women from housekeeping when i saw them, on the same day, no one still brought the air freshener. Checked out and flew back, but not an air freshener in sight. I also found a very huge nail on the bathroom floor in the shower. My grandmother could have been hurt if I hadn't picked it up first as her eyesight is not very good. it's great to have lots of shops around, but the service and the room condition was really disappointing. Please start by collecting your loose nails and getting rid of the questionable stains in the carpet. For a 4 star hotel, this sure felt like a 2-star.
