Its still one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, it has a friendly staff nice clean rooms, great American breakfast ! and a location second to none, been staying there on and off last 20 years, looks like this time were the last time though, cause with the 2025 prices on 1800 Bath, its just gotten to expensive, theres so many offers on hotels just as good to a far lover price, i will miss it though, cause liked it a lot. hope the Boss will reconsider the price,

Room was clean and large had everything you would need in it. We found it quite at night, staff friendly. Plenty of restaurants near by to eat from. Only thing I found strange was got email saying to confirm by 3pm that we were still arriving that day or couldn't hold our room. It was just by chanc… more

Only thing I found strange was got email saying to confirm by 3pm that we were still arriving that day or couldn't hold our room. It was just by chance I checked my email when we were in transit at Singapore Airport I saw email.

“Better than a hostel, worse than a hotel”
I stayed here on my final day of being in Bangkok. To stay here overnight was cheaper than paying for a late check-out at my existing hotel, and (with a flight at 1.05am) I just needed somewhere to dump my stuff, close to Nana BTS. I stayed here on my final day of being in Bangkok. To stay here overnight was cheaper than paying for a late check-out at my existing hotel, and (with a flight at 1.05am) I just needed somewhere to dump my stuff, close to Nana BTS. I can sum this hotel up in one sentence: you get what you pay for. The location is really good, but it's an incredibly-basic hotel. The rooms are basic, clean, in need of repair, but perfectly fine as a last resort. Mine had air-conditioning, but I couldn't close the bathroom window as, errr, the handle was no longer there, so warm air still came in. The room had a fridge, but also a safe which I couldn't use. The door was wide open, but already in the locked position (so I couldn't close the door), and there were no clues about how to use it myself. For a day-hotel, it's fine. To stay 2-3 days, I would recommend booking anywhere else instead. It's (much) better than a hostel, but worse than a regular hotel. (They are very welcome to use that phrase as their new slogan, no commission.)

The location is good and there is a good range of rooms. I stayed in the grand suite which was excellent, except for the mattress. Honestly, if someone reads this from the hotel, please, please sort the mattresses out. They are too hard! The room is cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. However, there are a couple of hotel rules that could do with updating!! At the beginning of Soi 11 with seven eleven either side, currency exchange, food and drink nearby. It's good, but just needs to rethink a few things.
