“Amazing”
Excellent service, very clean and nice room. Very polite staff and great options to choose from in the morning breakfast. Pool area is great...calm and cool vibes. Overall I would highly recommend a stay here. I would sure come back again! Thx

Great hotel better than a five star I stayed in. The staff are amazing especially the front office , always greeted with a smile and lots of help . Housjewpinghave been great and so has the very welcoming housekeeper , sheets always changes , towels supplied when needed and again lots of smiles from all the staff . Must not forget to mention the restaurant at breakfast and the dinner one too , the food is well prepared , fresh and tasty . I am a hotel manager with over 40 years experience . Breakfast was also up to standard with plenty of variety I can truely say that entering the hotel is just like entering home . I don’t remember names but I remember faces and would have no hesitation of employing their staff in one of my hotels . Thank you for making us feel part of a lovely family . Just wish I could have met the GM of the proerty.

In reality, it’s very practical, all I needed is just a place to sleep, to shower, more importantly, a place That’s very quiet away from the hustle and bustle (while being near walking distance to it). This hotel Had all the basic amenities and more importantly phenomenal customer service, courteous polite people. If you want a hotel that clicks on all those check boxes Then This particular hotel fits the criteria excellently. I once again would like to convey my special. Thanks to the front desk. I wish every hotel had employees like this working for them..

“Lovely hotel with lovely staff in a good location”
Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Bangkok. Great area of Sukhumvit, lots of bars, restaurants and shopping in the area. Staff are so nice and friendly. We were upgraded to a family room on 6th floor, great views and the room was massive. I only have 2 negatives to the room and that is the air… more
Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Bangkok. Great area of Sukhumvit, lots of bars, restaurants and shopping in the area. Staff are so nice and friendly. We were upgraded to a family room on 6th floor, great views and the room was massive. I only have 2 negatives to the room and that is the air con is so loud no matter what fan speed it’s on, and also the toilet seat is wobbly. We had breakfast included which was lovely, loads of choice and really nice. Didn’t use the pool area but it looked really nice. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Sukhumvit area. Thank you for a great stay!
