My family and I spent 2 weeks at this hotel during our visit and I can't say enough good things about the staff here. From the front desk, to the doormen, to the house keepers and restaurant staff. They were all so friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast was mainly Asian with a little bit of western food and the staff always seemed to remember us and how we liked our eggs. The doorman was always so welcoming when we came back from a hot day out. Being American I often forget what good hospitality looks like but this hotel reminded me why I love traveling in Asia. There are lots of food carts out front of the hotel and there are 2 7-11s within a short distance. The room was big enough for my small family but may be a problem for larger families. The gym was okay and is on par with most of the fitness centers I would see in America. Would stay again if ever in Bangkok. One note, this hotel is really close to the red light district. There are a lot of massage places on this street. They never propositioned me when my wife and daughter were with me but most of them would when I was alone. If that's what you're in Bangkok for then you should be fine, but if you're there for more family friendly reasons, it may not be a good part of town for you.

I lost my phone on 12th Sep, that day Kim the nightshift receptionist help me check cctv & taxi car number. She helped talk to taxi driver to get phone back. Sadly the driver didn’t came and give back that day. When we go to police station that day the bell boy guy helped us get tuktuk. Kim the nightshift receptionist has helped us and told the morning shift receptionist about my phone left in taxi. Next day no reply from police but Neh the other morning shift receptionist helped & tried to call taxi company and tried to see what we can do. Since the company was far don suggest we go back to station so we went back station. Police couldn’t help much so we went back hotel. When we arrived Don the other receptionist told us the driver would give phone back if we give money, the workers from hotel talked to the driver & made sure he came and give back phone. Thanks to Kim, Don and Neh and bellboy I was able to get my phone back. They made sure to try to help as much as they can and tried to talk with driver to get back phone. Thank you so much to Kim for helping us that evening and night and Thank you to Don, Neh & bellboy too for all your help. All the hotel that helped me were all kind and helpful as well as waiting and making sure the driver come and give back my phone. As a frequent furama customer if anyone is going to Bangkok for holiday or stay I’d suggest to book at furama and stay at this hotel, the hotel make sure costumers are satisfied and gives the best service during their stay. Many thanks to the furama hotel staff for the help and I hope to see you all again soon. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The staff are very friendly. Please make sure to meet Don. He’s very helpful when you have any requests. Breakfast is at the restaurant in the lobby. It has a decent good food but not such a big variety of food. Overall - affordable and good hotel
