Staff were excellent. They were cordial, professional and attentive. Whatever I asked for, they attended to it right away. However, the rooms need to be kept well maintained. I encountered these issues in my first room 408.: a leaky kettle, water temperatures fluctuations, broken and mouldy shower head, thin walls that I could hear next room's conversation, loud talking/banging/laughing at midnight above my room. Fortunately after raising these issues with the front office manager, Pat, I was moved to a very spacious and quiet room on the top floor. I am a very satisfied customer/guest of this hotel. It meant a lot to me that Pat listened and took action to resolve the issues right away. Customer satisfaction is extremely important in the service industry and the staff at this hotel certainly understand it. Well done and thank you!

“Amazing, cool & simple...”

I had a great time staying in Dusit Princess. The service was really quick and good. I really recommend this to people especially visiting Bangkok for a business trip and looking for a simple 4-star hotel experience. There is a BTS skytrain nearby as well for an easier commute.

Right from the minute you arrive and get out of your vehicle, you can sense the warmth of this hotel, simply by your greeting from the Lobby staff. Instantly, you are made to feel special, right from the welcoming Lobby Staff, over to the very Professional Staff in the Reception area, who are full of smiles and all speak good english, they will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. And then from there, you will be taken care of, and will be so well looked after by every other staff member working in the hotel. It would not be fair for me to single out any one particular staff member in the hotel to give credit too, because everyone of them excels at their job and go above and beyond their duty, to make your stay a very memorable and happy one. The foyer is presented beautifully, as are the rooms, and the two restaurants, which both have fantastic food, also the lobby bar has a great atmosphere for a meeting place, also the pool area is a very inviting area, as is the fitness centre, the Hotel also has several conference rooms available if needed. I like that the hotel is so close to the Suvarnahumi Airport,and my favourite is, the two minute walk to the very large Seacon Square Shopping Centre just across the road. I have stayed here in this hotel several times and will continue to keep coming back to it, because it is " Simply the Best " My Congratulations and Big thank you to each and every staff member working there, for always making my stays memorable and plesant ones.
