“Good location and Good Service”

Good location and awesome service especially Doi from Concierge. Room is clean and nice. Nothing fancy but comfortable and nice. Shuttle service to nearest BTS station is so convenient and appreciated as traffic condition is bad. Will stay again.

This hotel was our base of operations for the last week of our 3 week Thailand trip and before my wife officially began living in the UK. Primarily I picked it for the location and having the occasional late night swim. My stay was booked with hard earned Avios points but was still soured having to try (and was successful) in getting my damage deposit refunded two weeks after returning to the UK. I originally paid by card, for whatever reason they couldn’t give it me in cash, which would have helped with the taxi to the airport. When it wasn’t refunded in the timescale advised I had to send numerous emails and copy in every Tom, Dick and Harry just to annoy them to get it done. The location, as others have written is great, 2 BTS lines within reasonable walking distance. At the front I would cut through the walkway to the right to the 7-11. It’s opposite the Sindhorn Midtown hotel and further walking up to the street to the left street food vendors not too far from another 7-11. The Sindhorn Midtown has a rooftop bar on the 31st floor. Courtyard Breakfast was fantastic, what a buffet spread A++. The hotel staff were polite and kind. Twice unexpected but caring, without asking someone from the lobby ran to get me a face towel as I returned from the outside humidity with sweat dripping. The room was spacious and clean and I was extremely happy that my final hotel on this trip had light controls for the room and USB charging points near the bed. The fridge was too small for standing bottles I had purchased and I had to carefully bring it forward and tilt it to allow me to remove the glass shelf simultaneously. On the first night I wasn’t feeling well and just wanted to relax and watch some tv. The number of channels were very limited and then half of the rest weren’t working. The next morning I advised the staff in the lobby and was told it was being fixed. It wasn’t by the time we left, maybe a year later it has been. The pool felt a tad small, one evening there was myself, another 2 hotel guests and 2 kids aged 10-11 all in at the same time. No problems with internet connection on the lonely PC in the corner next to the lifts.
