“Hotel that listens to its guests”
Stayed here after about two years this time ,the experience was as good as ever perhaps even better. Stayed here after about two years this time ,the experience was as good as ever perhaps even better. The new General Manager is excellent ,running a very tight ship with the able and strong help of Khun Sukit Techa and Khun Kae. GM Josh is competing to make this hotel better than other hotels in the same bracket ,in fact this hotel seems to be competing with the other bigger hotels in Bangkok. This is a hotel that listens to its guests, I remember having remarked the last time to the GM that this hotel should have a business channel and this time they did have Bloomberg channel . The food quality in this hotel is really nice and each time we come here the breakfast quality has improved.The food is really nice at their MOMO cafe which is ably run by Chef Rrahul and Chef Jeewarat. There are extremely nice servers here like, Banky,Gift and Annie. Heather is a new trainee but she too was very good and understated. The swimming pool is a highlight of this hotel and good for laps. The rooms are really nice and have everything in place. Housekeeping is excellent and Khun lookyut was very efficient. The concierge team is good too ,specially Gary, Win and some others too were very nice along with guy who runs the Tuk Tuk.z Will come back soon here and hope the experience is even better as this is a hotel that listens to its guests.

My brief stay with Courtyard by Marriott was fantastic. The reception team were friendly, the concierge was helpful and the attached Momo cafe played quality, relaxing music; serving relevant and tasty drink and food choices (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A train station is nearby which can get you anywhere quickly if taxis or ride services are not chosen. The gym has plenty of options (weight machines, dumbbells, cardio machines, etc) and is a decent size for a hotel. Convenience stores (7 eleven’s) are just around the corner as well. The pool is also fantastic although not rooftop. And the rooms are quiet and very comfortable for a good nights sleep (with beds being pretty firm plus decently fluffed quilts and soft pillows). “Staycation”
The hotel atmosphere is so vivid and the air conditioner is good condition. Where you can request anything even in the Midnight. The breakfast is delicious , the menu are various. Half an international cuisine. Specially Thai style noodle.
