“great hotel”
the Hotel and staff are fantastic. the hotel is very clean and cleaning staff lovely. I will be going back again. good value for money. the Foodland supermarket is open 24/7, 7 days a week. the Took Lae Dee restaurant is a must. it is also open 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. the food is very good

We had a jacuzzi room on the 36th floor and were amazed with the size and the view from the room. We had a jacuzzi room on the 36th floor and were amazed with the size and the view from the room. Some of the decor was a little dated and could do with an upgrade, but it seems they are working on this because the lobby has been recently renovated and is amazing. The staff are super friendly and very helpful with developed English skills. The location is fantastic with a large number of great restaurants and spas within walking distance and the Benchakitti Park and lake literally across the road. Access to two of the main train lines, the El and the Metro is also a short walk from the hotel. There is a great view from the horizon swimming pool on the 25th floor and 2 restaurants in the building (we found these a little expensive and prefer the Thai restaurants available down the road) the Foodland supermarket/ pharmacy/ diner is next door and open 24hrs, so super convenient. An evening walk through Benchakutti Park on the skywalk is a must. We loved our 3 night stay here.

“had a good stay!”
2nd time staying at the this hotel. room is spacious with a great view of the city. staff was always very helpful. washing machine and dryer were available but i was afraid to use them as they were already rusty. overall, it was a good experience.

The facilities show signs of age, which may detract from the overall experience. Service at the hotel is also average, lacking any standout features. On a more positive note, the hotel boasts a lovely view from the swimming pool, providing a great spot to relax. The on-site restaurant is another highlight, offering a pleasant dining experience for guests. Internet connectivity is decent, with download speeds of 17 Mbps and upload speeds of 8 Mbps, making it sufficient for most needs. All rooms are situated on high floors, which can enhance the sense of privacy and security. Additionally, guests have the unique opportunity to fly drones on their room balconies, adding an exciting element to the stay. Overall, while there are some drawbacks, the hotel does offer some attractive features
