Disclosure: I have stayed here usually once a year for a few days, for about 30 years. So I can track the changes. First the good things: location right at Nana BTS is so convenient, and literally dozens of restaurants just nearby. Price is low, aircon works well, and front desk staff are polite, professional, and attentive. A super-speedy lift. Free coffee, tea, water, etc. Comfortable beds. But not everything is perfect. Go in with lower expectations. This time, several glitches: WiFi on and off (must sometimes use in lobby only), hot water starter broke down twice, and TV remote nearly impossible to understand. It wasn't just me. Due to sitting in the small lobby to use WiFi, I could hear other customers dealing with similar issues. Plus there is a sort of short-time atmosphere now. But the staff worked hard to fix whatever needed fixing. Would I go back? Of course. They're nice people but it is a case of "you get what you pay for".

Quiet hotel, I stayed here for 4 nights in June, centrally located near Nana BTS station, shops just down a little Soi off Sukhumvit Road, cafés, bars and restaurants all around, room was okay, large double bed, good AC, fridge, kettle, no English TV channels, and the safe didn't work that's probably the only negative, staff on reception were very helpful and she ordered me a taxi to the airport on checking out, I'd stay here again if I needed to.

“located near the train station with easy access”

The location is highly convenient,situated right in front of NANA station. The room itself is fairly standard, but the air conditioning system should be upgrade. Check in was smooth and staffs are helpful. It can be a bit noisy at night due to its proximity to the road.

“Great location for a night out in Bangkok”

Good and clean hotel to the price directly on Sukhumvit Road. The hotel is good for backpaackers or travellers on a short layover who want to stay to close to the bars and restaurant on Sukhumit Road. This is not a business hotel and it does not have neither pool nor gym.

From my point of view for this old small hotel at Sukhumvit Soi 9, it is not good or bad. Located at Nana BTS station. Just right there !! From my point of view for this old small hotel at Sukhumvit Soi 9, it is not good or bad. Located at Nana BTS station. Just right there !! So the noise from Sky train for whole day long till mid-night and Sukhumvit's traffic are expected especially when your room facing to the station even it's on 6th floor. Compact outdated room with private bathroom and " bathtub ". They also privide " Android TV " in room which Netflix, IQiYi, prime video and Google TV are also available. Staff's attitude need to be improved as my booking request for early checking in at 10.00 am as I had an appointment at 11.00 am. It is accepted hotel's approval. Once I arrived, reception just insisted to let me check in at 14.00 even I showed her the email confirmation. I asked her to make a registration and kept my luggage first then I will go out for my appointment. It seems she doesn't know how to handle the issue
