“Clean, Good Area, Staff Kind and Helpful”
This hotel is super clean ! Good area I arrived early before the check in Around 10am, my room was ready The staff is very kind and helpful The swimming pool is nice, many services and restaurants around this area I recommend this hotel 👍🏼 I will extend for more days

“Staff very friendly and beautiful”
Thank you for everything asmaa and lilly 🙏🏻. Room is very luxurious, have minibar in the room. I took them all. Swimming poll is city view, I can enjoy with that. Staff is very good next time I will come to stay again. I love hotel. Good location with many bars

“Karmin Citrus hotel”
I stayed at citrus 13 after its new renovation which was very nice and well done i look forward to staying again soon. Karmin the hotel manager is the best guy to help you with anything, he made my stay so easy. What a great guy. I couldn't recommend this place anymore.

“Great”
Hotel and in particular staff are excellent. Sprite and Tae I do not want to miss checking in next time. They actually convinced me to become a regular customer there. Besides, the hotel is best located, you can do all business there walking down to Sukhumvit.

This hotel is so good and NOOMA is a nice person she let us do early check in thanks to her we always stay here and the hotel is so good and near to places we are going in thanks its 5 star for me we definitely comeback again and again on this hotel thanks NOOMA
