“A Perfect Hotel for Families/Couples”

We have never stayed here when we were at Bangkok. We decided to try this hotel and this hotel exceeded our expectation. Pros :- A great location for those who loves shopping at both night market & shopping centres. All are within walking distance. The staffs are friendly and full of professionalism. They never fail to greet and acknowledged their guests. The bellboy, the security officers, the front desk staffs & the housekeeping staffs. They provided 5 stars service without fail. Rooms are perfect. 2 Queen-sized bed that can cater maximum 4 guests. Cons :- The only downfall is the lifts are pretty slow especially during peak season. So I suggest requesting low level rooms especially families with elderly and small children. Conclusion :- A perfect hotel for families. I strongly recommend this hotel for it’s strategic location, great hotel facilities and staffs.

“Good location Hotel in Bangkok”
Stayed here for 6 days with my frens. Total of 4 rooms. Overall this is a fantastic hotel, nice & clean room. my fren stayed at the suite room which was not renovated but overall still good. Stayed here for 6 days with my frens. Total of 4 rooms. Overall this is a fantastic hotel, nice & clean room. my fren stayed at the suite room which was not renovated but overall still good. Location was good with shopping, massage & good food just around the area. Awesome service by the front office, hskp & breakfast team. Special thanks to Jirawadee N from reservation team for assisting with the reservation. Love it here! Will definitely come back again!

Location is excellent. 4mins walk to Platinum mall & Pratunam night market. Walk further down abt 10mins is CentralWorld mall and Berkeley night market. Just come down and 7-11 next door. Lots of massage shops just outside the hotel. Location is unbeatable. Staff are excellent and so so helpful and polite. Always there to help especially the staff at the door and always smiling and offering to carry our things. Only thing I would say to improve is the cleanliness. Room was clean but when the bed moves the amount of dust underneath was bad and also alot of hair in the room and toilets. The cleaning staff do not really clean well in clearing the hair daily. And water pressure is really slow and if these 2 issues can be addressed, it would be perfect.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Booked this hotel for New Year celebration from 29th to 2 Jan 2025. This is the best hotel to stay if you like to go massages, enjoy street foods and lotsa shopping. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. They do provide shutter bus to centralworld and BTS Ratchathewi also. Free beverages and drinks include machine coffee from 10am onwards. Check in was fast. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby and rooms was renovated with some rooms still doing minor jobs eg painting. Lobby got nice fragrance.My room was 2307 renovated, with 1 king size bed and open balcony. Stunning View. This was my first time celebrated New Year in Bangkok. Can see many fireworks at the balcony. Room was huge and clean! big fridge, microwave oven, bowls, forks and spoons included. One downside, our room aircon got issue. It was not cold at all. Technician came up to top up gas, then 3rd day we called technician again as not cold again. Other than this aircon issue, all are very good.

Location is great with all the massage, 7-11 and food nearby. Hotel had their lobby and several parts renovated. Some areas are still work in progress. Front desk were friendly and accommodating. 2nd time returning to this hotel as the rooms are spacious and had its own large fridge. Internet connection was strong and we had no issues. The room and toilet was clean enough for me to walk about barefoot. The bed was comfortable and came with soft and hard pillows. Loved the pool area too for morning swim. Definitely recommend and will return to this hotel next year.
