“Away from the maddening crowd”
Outside on the streets, it was noisy, full of people, heaty and not so clean. Inside, it was cozy and nice. The facilities and human factor is there. Outside on the streets, it was noisy, full of people, heaty and not so clean. Inside, it was cozy and nice. The facilities and human factor is there. The staff was attentive and always on hand to help. Being a coffee addict, I was surprised they had a Starbuck setup near the reception! Now I can get my drink hot, not from a fridge. Special mention - their eco efforts. The 'POP fish' - Well done !!

“Very good hotel in central Bangkok”
Overall a very good hotel in central Bangkok, very nice and hospitable staff. My stay was very memorable and I hope to come back in the future.

“Nice location”
Walkable to malls, 7-eleven, street food and vendors night and day time. Close to BTS train station. Plenty of transportation like motor bike, buses, taxi and tuk tuk. Walkable to malls, 7-eleven, street food and vendors night and day time. Close to BTS train station. Plenty of transportation like motor bike, buses, taxi and tuk tuk. I normally just walk within the area and shops. The big shopping place there are Palladium mall, Platinum fashion Mall, and Central world. I love this area so I prefer to stay at this hotel. The place is not too high. As you know there are other hotels around that is cheaper and higher so whatever you are looking for. That is what make Thailand so affordable and convenient.

“Toilet”
Toilet entrance facing bed is bad, abit noisy and tv is too small, location is great, room is clean, staff is friendly

“Positive and negative”
The room has unpleasant (moldy) odour which I have no idea where it came from, could be the toilet. Requested to room to be cleaned especially the toilet. Still the same. However staffs are really polite and helpful one plus plus point.
