“Clean, average room”
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Waited 45 minutes at airport for shuttle pick up from the hotel. Outside appearance is more run down than the pictures but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. "Family Room" is two adjoining rooms not a suite. Great for overnight stay but would not want to… more
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Waited 45 minutes at airport for shuttle pick up from the hotel. Outside appearance is more run down than the pictures but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. "Family Room" is two adjoining rooms not a suite. Great for overnight stay but would not want to stay long term due to nothing near. Nothing close besides a 7-11 store so we ordered pizza to be delivered for dinner. Hotel was doing upgrades during our visit. Glad to see that they were investing in their hotel.

“Transit hotel: good for 1 night”
We have been two times for one night. We have meet 3 lady at the reception, 2 of them were bored and rude. There was no porter so you have to carry your suitcase and bags to the rooms and the elevators are 30-100 meters away, depending on which building you will receive the room... From the airport… more
We have been two times for one night. We have meet 3 lady at the reception, 2 of them were bored and rude. There was no porter so you have to carry your suitcase and bags to the rooms and the elevators are 30-100 meters away, depending on which building you will receive the room... From the airport to the hotel we had to wait a half hour for the free transfer and nobody answer the phone but from the hotel there was no problem. The pool and its area good, the rooms were moderately clean and have minibar, the balcony is dirty, the breakfast is o.k. The elevator is also dirty and smelly. There are 2 minutes walk from the hotel a Tesco Lotus Express and a 7 eleven and a market and only 5 minutes with minibus the Airport, so the location is great. Close to the hotel there are two restaurant but none of them good and you can can also eat street food on the market. You can eat lunch and dinner at the hotel, it is not expensive. I can recommend this hotel only for 1 night, transit tourists, it is not a great hotel but better than to get into Bangkok with taxi.
