The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. My clothes are left in hotel room. I contacted to the hotel and they immediately searched my clothes and replied me. “It's like 5 star hotel ar the price of 3/4star.”
It's all you can ask for - close to everything, BTS Metro, good restaurants , family spa's . Staff is very good and accomodating. They allowed be to check early also. Clean and fast service what you normally expect our of a excellent hotel. I will recommend this to someone traveling to this area

I have stayed at Best Western Sukhumvit 20 for the second time and will also stay in the future when I visit Bangkok. I have stayed at Best Western Sukhumvit 20 for the second time and will also stay in the future when I visit Bangkok. I had some small issue with my first stay but the manager of the hotel and their friendly employees Fom and Bim did everything correctly and professionally to resolve my problem, so I have no other reason but to rate my experience with 5 star. The additional benefit of this hotel is its location. This feature is for me almost the most important when it comes to accommodations in big cities like Bangkok. Two BTS stations are within walking distance and plenty of places to visit just by walking around. The price/quality ratio for this hotel also speaks in favour of top rating. All in all I had a great experience and that is all that matters.

“Good place”
Nice hotel,welcoming staff,little bit hard to find, no big sign of Best western, its just a front of a restaurant (twenty street restaurant),good price for a suite room if book early,room very nice aircon little bit loud, lights was little bit confusing in the rooms for on off,but will stay again
