“It's like 5 star hotel ar the price of 3/4star.”
It's all you can ask for - close to everything, BTS Metro, good restaurants , family spa's . Staff is very good and accomodating. They allowed be to check early also. Clean and fast service what you normally expect our of a excellent hotel. I will recommend this to someone traveling to this area

I have stayed at Best Western Sukhumvit 20 for the second time and will also stay in the future when I visit Bangkok. I had some small issue with my first stay but the manager of the hotel and their friendly employees Fom and Bim did everything correctly and professionally to resolve my problem, so… more

“Excellent Service and great value.”
Clean very well equipped room. Great location and really helpful staff. This is my favorite hotel in central Bangkok in this price range. Walking distance from a lot of good restaurants and bars, very convenient for the skytrain and MRT. Good roadside bar for happy hour drinks.

“Superbly 1st time experience”
This hotel is my first time staying after many times to Bangkok. All i can say that never regretted. Quite, nice bed and very addictive sleep pillow. Location is also near to asoke by few walks. It is quiet and many food and massage within stone throw away. Will definitely come back again
