A lovely hotel with fabulous views of the river and a pier not far away to get the river taxi. The staff were lovely although the rooms were a little bit basic, the rest of the hotel made up for it. It's worth noting it is really hard to get to the hotel by road - our taxi driver gave up so we had to walk the last part through the market. When at the hotel they have local taxis that will come to the hotel

I really wanted to give this amazing place 5 stars but the late night music from the bar below was too loud . The view of the river was fantastic , we could have watched the boats all day . The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay . Every thing you need is in your room , no need for your hair dryer or travel iron. We used their laundry service which again was faultless. This place is not accessible by car but they arrange a tuk tuk for you free of charge to the nearest main road. I highly recommend this place . If you are Vegan breakfast in the above restaurant Ton Makok is limited to fresh fruit only the bread contains milk .

We stayed 4 nights over two visits to the Riverside hotel. The location was very good for us, being right in a lively market that became quiet at night and being adjacent to the boat piers. Our room was older but well maintained and equipped with safe, kettle, fridge, hair dryer, good TV with streaming services. The restaurant on the 3rd floor has great sweeping views of the river. We also really enjoyed having a drink at the rooftop bar with the amazing night time views. To improve: - Towels are getting worn down and should be replaced - on our second visit, WiFi was not working properly on our floor. Staff did not offer any compensation for this. For example, they could have offered a discount coupon for the rooftop bar, but nothing was offered. Instead they asked if they could take our photo by their Christmas tree for social media purposes :(

We started our Thailand trip in Bangkok and ended it in Bangkok, and stayed at the Baan Wanglang Riverside. The location of this hotel on the River was perfect, virtually next to the Pier to jump on the River Express, right in the heart of the market. All interactions with the staff, everywhere in the hotel, we received the same top quality. The only issue we had, and this was not with the hotel but the taxi driver from the airport. The hotel before we arrived, emailed directions in English and in Thai, which we gave to the driver but unfortunately he struggled to find it, even with our help. Would we return to this hotel again, most definitely yes. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
