“Gratitude for Gratified experience”
I was traveling from Phuket and I am checking-in late at night, around 23:00 hrs. I was traveling from Phuket and I am checking-in late at night, around 23:00 hrs. I was about to board on BTS, however, I do not know which BTS Station is this hotel nearby to it, so I called the hotel for some help. The receptionist, named Kim, if I can remember, had helped me so much for the things that I needed. From the information about the BTS, to the water, and flat iron. He also made my check-in so smooth and easy.He was very helpful and polite and amazingly quick in responding to my needs. I also would like to commend the cleanliness of the hotel room, especially the toilet. When I arrived late at night, my room was in the beat temperature that I want, which is very much ready for occupation. Staff are very helpful and polite.

“Needs renovation but so far so good.”
I arrived late last night and checked in easily. The room is spacious and sheets clean. No bugs or insects which is always a bonus. Shower works well and there is soap/shower gel. The carpet needs to be renewed but apart from that I have no complaints.
