Great budget hotel, close to the Phrom Pong BTS station and high-end shopping at Emquartier and Emporium. Plenty of eateries within walking distance. As you step in to the lobby level, you start to wonder where you are. The lobby is dreadful. However, the rooms we got seemed refurbished - nice, clean basic rooms. The bathroom on the smaller side. Comfortable bed. The a/c worked well. Great breakfast for this price range of a hotel. The pool area could use some updates but I do appreciate the depth of the pool.

I have said a few times now. Yes it is dated, but come for the price what do you expect, high-end luxury? The rooms are comfortable and have a bath which is uncommon these days. Staff are welcoming and accomdate room requests. Breakfast is adequate, again given it is included in the price and not charged extra, you cant complain. Eggs frshly cooked, fruit, coffee and more. It is ideal for the location, a solid offering in the price range.

“Decent. Fair value for money. ”

Located very conveniently in Sukhumvit 24. Near to modern main malls and subway station. Hotel is a bit old fashioned in decor. Seems to be undergoing an upgrade. Rooms are ok, spacious. Bathrooms are old but functional. Breakfast is limited in choice but adequate. Swimming pool is OK size.

Bad: Plumbing old. Toilet to small for large American to sit on comfortably. Carpet in room was worn and dirty. No air conditioning in corridors. Close pool at 6 pm. Good: Staff are great.
