There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the positive and memorable stay I had at Arcadia Suites during two separate bookings. In terms of price and spaciousness, you’re not going to find a better deal in Bangkok near the Sukhumvit area. The room I stayed in was clean, furnished with a washer, large-sized refrigerator and even had dual climate control zones for the bedroom and living room. The breakfast is simplistic yet quite healthy. In terms of location, it offers plenty of privacy and seclusion but close enough within comfortable walking distance to the nearest BTS station. Most importantly though, it was the staff that made my experience absolutely wonderful. I have to give a special recognition to Micah and Toey for their professionalism, hospitality and eagerness to always offer a helping hand. During my second booking, there was some light construction noise near the hotel lobby (I’m overly sensitive to noises). As soon as I called the front desk, Toey went to work right away and relocated me to a much higher floor on the other end with more natural lighting. That showed me how invested they are in the hotel guest’s experience. Also, since I didn’t have a local SIM card, Micah on a few occasions was extremely helpful in making calls on my behalf to schedule reservations to restaurants. That was greatly appreciated! I know Thai culture is very welcoming but Arcadia Suites takes it to a whole another level. Perfect for solo travelers like myself, couples or families!

We had the bedroom suites room. When we arrived at the lobby , we are welcomed by the friendly and helpful hotel staff that offered us a refreshing drink to kickstart our stay! The room was clean and spacious which we really appreicate and comes with bathtub. The location was not fantastic as it took about 10 minutes to reach the closest BTS station(Ploen Chit) and with the heat in bangkok it was a chore. They do offer tuktuk pick up and drop off from the hotel to the station. Would definitely revisit this hotel!

“I love it !!”

I love the hotel it's good and very quite area and Thanks Mr.Tee, the staff are friendly and they have tuk-tuk it will take you to the BTS station or Central Embassy by free, They have a good breakfast and swimpool and they have a massage room at level 5 that's it and i love the trip

“The best hotel in Bangkok ever”

Very good hotel with excellent service. Special thanks to the Tuk tuk drivers JJ and Tak. And the girls at front desk who prepare the birthday song and cake for my daughter, really sweet. The room is very comfortable as well. Must come again next time! Thank you.
