Amari Bangkok has certainly made our stay a memorable one. Good location, room’s deco & cleanliness, fitness n pool’s facilities, food & services are all praise worthy!! Though our spirits were dampened as our 85 yrs old mother fell sick on the 2nd day of our 12-days trip due to the haze n heat there, we received outstanding service and warm assistance from the entire hotel team. Our special thanks to Guest Relation Managers Ms Wai & Mr Kwan as well as the In-house Medical Team who sent caring medical staff (Manager & Nurse) to attend to my mum’s medical needs before we decide to send her to Priya Thai One Hospital for further assessment. We merely feedback to the hotel staff over a casual conversation our purpose for the trip was a birthday celebration for mum, shortly a surprise birthday cake was sent to our room and followed by a beautiful pot of flower with a get-well card. Ms Wai’s outstanding guest relation effort didn’t just stop there, she came to our table at breakfast on the following day, thoughtfully have the kitchen prepared a bowl of freshly cooked fish porridge for my mum citing her poor appetite and also informed us that she had approval for a free upgrade to one of our rooms, a Deluxe Twin Room w/ one extra bed to a Premier Twin Room, enabling our entire family to conveniently stay on the same floor level (just a-room away), so that could allow us to keep a close watch on mum’s condition, frankly, that was above all, one of the most wonderful and warm gesture we have ever received from Amari Bangkok, truly appreciate her effort. Service staff at Amaya Restaurant were most commendable, our special thanks to the manager Ms Liza and her friendly team members - Kriang, Nat, Fon, Pooky, Ryan, Kane, Kim and Faii and many more who had rendered their outstanding service. The team was attentive and careful with our needs to ensure that our breakfast couldn’t be more enjoyable, bravo to their good command of English too!!! House-keeping staff were extremely efficient and patient. Last but not least, Ms Priang at the hotel reception/ lift area had made a very good impression on us for her warm and genuine greetings, not forgetting the teams helming the Reception, Bellhop & Hotel’s Entrance area - thank you everyone!! Amari Bangkok will always be our top choice from now.

Fantastic service from the entire team at Amari. The best hotel on Bangkok by far, new, modern, clean and a team that take pride in being there!! Shout out to Zee, Surie, Ploy and Pare for their exceptional service and for making us feel extremely welcome....5 stars all around

This is our fifth time staying at the Amari Bangkok finding it fast superior to all other hotels. The amenities are first class with modern rooms, a variety of unique restaurants and a fully serviced gymnasium. The food is always fresh and the staff friendly and accommodating. The stand out experience for us is the incredible concierge Kamol Praparujivong ( lovingly known as Golf ). We met him last year and he’s an absolute asset to this hotel and one of the main reasons we keep coming back. His genuine care for elite customer service is impeccable. His warmth and kindness is something we greatly value and will always keep us coming back to the Amari . Shelley & David Karam

Located in the heart of Bangkok in Prathunam area, this hotel is close to Susan paragon mall & central works mall, and within few minutes distance to Sukhumvit & Siam areas. The hotel rooms are excellent, hygienic and their service is impeccable. They have an amazing breakfast spread with live Indian counters. There’s room rates are competitive & i would strongly suggest you to choose club room which gives you to access to their club lounge Sierra. If has two 7 eleven stores & money exchange counters within a walkable distance. I have been visiting this hotel for past 10 yrs and it has never disappointed me. Great hospitality & amazing service!
