“Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever experienced”

“SUPERB”
This hotel is amazing, definitely the best and my favorite I have ever stayed at in Zurich. Beautiful, comfortable, and pet friendly. The staff is SO kind and helpful. “Perfectly named hotel on lake Zurich - it was indeed an Eden.”
Just the best experience - staff was attentive, courteous, and full of hospitality. Hotel was pristine and love the waterfall shower in our bath. Restaurants were first class and delicious. Lake Zurich simply across the street for wonderful views and lakeside strolls. We can’t wait to come back.
