“Outstanding experience”
We spent Christmas at the Mont Cervin Palace, and once again, it was the highlight of our year. The staff recognized us as regular guests, which added a personal touch to our stay. “Recommended hotel in Zermatt”
The reason of only 4 stars is because I had some facility issue in the room in first night. The Heater in the room was not working and the staff could not find the portable heater or alternative. The Hotel is clearly one of the oldest and most established 5 star properties in Zermatt. Many people highly recommended it to us based on past experiences.
