“Great family experience at Mont Cervin for a skiing trip in Zermatt”
Great attention to detail. Very comfortable room with excellent service. Very friendly staff. Availabiliy of childcare for over 4 year olds is a major advantage when traveling as a family with kids.

“A must do experience”
If you travel by train they will pick you up, however if you wish to walk its not a hard walk. However there are a lot of people roaming around. No auto or trucks , just electric vehicles . “Outstanding experience”
We spent Christmas at the Mont Cervin Palace, and once again, it was the highlight of our year. The staff recognized us as regular guests, which added a personal touch to our stay. “Recommended hotel in Zermatt”
The reason of only 4 stars is because I had some facility issue in the room in first night. The Heater in the room was not working and the staff could not find the portable heater or alternative.
