“Zermatt winter wonderland!”
Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff was extremely accommodating. Breakfast that was included was absolutely first grade. I would recommend this to any group or family. It is family owned and run for three generations. It’s an easy walk into the village to the train station to the ski resort.

“Best stay during the best trip”
This is in my top 3 favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. We booked a package for 2 directly on their website and were lucky enough to be upgraded to an even nicer suite than the one we booked. “Great food, good location.”
Good location in Zermatt close to station and ski lifts by walking or bus. Food was excellent. Rooms were rather small unless you had a suite, especially bathrooms. Way too small in the ski locker room once more than two people were in there trying to get skis and boots. Hot tub and sauna too ... more
