“A wonderful place to stay in Zermatt”
We stayed for two nights in what would be the off-season in the spring. It is a bit of a walk from the train station, all uphill, so take advantage of their complimentary shuttle. “Fabulous”
Friendly efficient staff. Love the hotel train courtesy transport what a pleasant surprise after a long day on the train. Even better when we arrived at Sonne and we were upgraded. We used all the facilities and all was lovely the outdoor spa was used after a day of walking up and the hills! ... more

“Outstanding hotel”
Little bit out of the main area, but outstanding service and facilities make up for it. Staff very helpful and friendly, rooms clean and well appointed. Food is fine, not fancy, but really nice. Can’t fault anything. Would definitely stay again

“Three days in Zermatt”
