“Fabulous Hotel in Zermatt.”
Fabulous hotel. Lovely warm welcome by Matthaus. Unlike other hotels they want settlement and tourist tax paid immediately, at this hotel payment in on check out. “Beautiful weekend stay”
very close to the train station , ski bus and the town center and walking distance to all slopes but there s a small uphill walk to the hotel. “Convenient Location”
Check in was chaotic , there was 23 of us on a tour checking in and the lobby is incredibly small . The small elevator cannot hold more than two people with luggage at a time . “A cute hotel with good size room, friendly staff”
Comfortable family hotel with good buffet breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is made of solid wood, with heated room. On arrival at the train station, we were picked up by a ‘van’ free of charge. Worth booking direct with the hotel instead of via booking.com or other booking platform.
