“Great Hotel!”
We loved the Hotel Bristol. Very convenient to the town shops, restaurants etc and a short walk to the train station. We had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room. “Switzerland Holiday 2024”
What a lovely ski lodge/hotel. We were there in May 2024, in Spring, and the hotel was charming. It caters for skiers during the winter. Good location not to far from the train station nor to the sky lifts. Whilst walking from the train station on arrival was ok, the hotel offers a shuttle that we used when we left. “Matterhorn view room 10/10!”
Excellent hotel! The view was amazing. We could literally see the matterhorn while laying in bed. The location was very close to the centre and the train stations. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Excellent Zermatt hotel”
Great staff, and wonderful breakfast. We also took advantage of the special fondue dinner there. Storage space for boots and skis was well planned and very convenient to access the town's free bus system. Happy hour there was very nice and great drinks.
