This hotel is the best value for a stay in Zermatt! The staff is so kind and responsive and the bedroom while small ws spotless. “Fantastic stay- amazing team !”
We spent a week here for our ski trip and would highly recommend this hotel. Great location - ski down to Cervo spa at the end of the day and the hotel is steps away. “1 week ski trip”
Location was very convenient for skiing access to Sunnegga station. The rooms size was ok depending on the room you have, some have a bigger toilet and smaller walking space and others have the opposite. Staff were very kind and helpful, ski’s and boot storage were very useful aswell
