“Fantastic Hotel in Zermatt.”

Fantastic hotel! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The amenities were outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Easy walking to the heart of town and fantastic views. Complimentary breakfast plus 2 restaurants on site.

This hotel was so had such nice decor, service, a wonderful lobby, great rooms and a a breakfast with many choices. The front desk was very attentive and helpful. Amazing, spa, pool, jacuzi, and sauna. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Great location, close to train station and local grocery. Spacious, clean, modern room. Had view of the Matterhorn! I love that there are so many things you can do while waiting to check in such as play tennis (they rent out racket and balls) or go to the spa. And they have a designated space to put away your luggage if you need to store it after checking out vs just leaving it in the lobby. Delicious breakfast with various hot and cold options. We noted it was our 5 year anniversary so they had a wonderful welcome and kindly gave us a room with view of the Matterhorn.

“A Very Pleasant Hotel”

We stayed half-board. A great hotel with all the facilities needed - gym, pool, rooftop bubble pool, more bubble pools in the main pool, two saunas, one dry, one wet. We stayed half-board. A great hotel with all the facilities needed - gym, pool, rooftop bubble pool, more bubble pools in the main pool, two saunas, one dry, one wet. No extra charges for booking facilites with silly timetables. Only thing needed to book was massages at a cost. We also discovered tennis courts on our last day. The staff were pleasant and very polite all round. The buffet breakfast is also on until quite late - 11am. Dinner was a choice of buffet salads, soups, then starters, mains with meat, fish and vegetarian options, then a chice of dessert or cheeses. Our room also had a pod coffee maker (which can also be hot water only) and a much desired fridge with pre-stocked drinks (at a charge) and free bottled water in the room on arrival, plus, soap, shampoo and lotion, and little bathroom extras. The location is very near the train station, main street and many cable cars. Would be a 5 if a few things were not missing from our room- air-conditioning and our extractor fan in the bathroom did not seem to work, plus the one day we asked for room cleaning, more towels etc, it was not done, so had to ask again next day. The building site next door (which has nothing to do with the hotel itself and we were advised about before going), did spoil our holiday because we did not expect them to be starting work at 7.am banging and crashing about and using angle grinders etc, so early. It did mean we shut our balcony door a lot and didn't get to use it much. We got a nice complementary drink at the bar before leaving. If visiting Zermatt again, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
