“Basic but clean with amazing views, fab breakfast and lovely staff”
We were meant to be staying in the main building but we were told by Ingram’s who we booked through that we had been moved to the annexe building across the road. “Magnificent view”
Magnificent view. Best in Grindelwald. Honestly the view from the Crystal building balcony is just breathtaking and astonishing. Although Grindelwald is beautiful everywhere but the view from here is just the best. It’s 4 minutes walk to the train station but the opposite direction from the town … more

“Helpful staff”
Rooms are very clean, but spartan. Property is on a slight hill midway between the two Grindelwald train stations, but direct-bill customers have the option of a pickup. Solid breakfast. Definitely make sure to book a room with an Eiger view.
