“Great location, nice hotel”
Clean, hotel with a great location in Lucern. Everything is within walking distance including the main train station. Only downside is there isn't air conditioning and the pricing is expensive (probably comparable to others in Lucern though).

“Staff who went the extra mile”
We stayed one night in the Hotel Luzernhof Annex. Stupidly we put my jewellery in a location in the room that we felt would be a good hiding place - it was so good we forgot about it when we departed early the next morning. “Good place but I don't like this hotel.”
Very good place of this hotel, near the lake, near the old town. Hotel is clean, but rooms are so little. Breakfast is poar. What was verry strange and uncomfortable for me, that there you can smoke inside, near reception, fir egzample. Becauae of that there is verey bad smell everywhere 😔
