“Christmas season 2024”
Beautiful hotel in all aspects. Location and on site restaurant and bar was great. Reception staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

“One of our Favourite Hotels!”
Fabulous location for a beautiful hotel. Right on the river. The bar area is lovely and a superb breakfast. Just wish we could've stayed longer! Worth upgrading to a river view room :-)

“Lucerne meeting visit”

“Exceeded expectations!”
Hotel Des Balances was incredible. Our room was perfect, clean, spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of three. The view was gorgeous. “Enjoyable Stay”
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Would recommend this for accommodations while in Luzern!
