“A lovely hotel”
What a lovely hotel! Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and a great restaurant on the ground floor. Very quiet too even though the hotel is on a busy road and very close to the train station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area and only a short stroll into the old town. I had a wonderful stay.

The Cascada Boutique Hotel Lucerne Switzerland ideally located truly 12 minutes walk from Lucerne's main railway station with one crosswalk to negotiate. Friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient and friendly reception staff provide a welcome to a modern and comfortable boutique hotel. The complimentary water and soft drink mini bar was a real bonus. Despite its central location, we found the hotel quiet and especially convenient to the Old Town as well as major Lucerne sights. 10/10 to the friendly staff1

“A wonderful hotel”
Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff are super friendly and helpful, location was so close to the train station and the town. Our room was beautifully appointed, with the added bonus of water and non alcoholic drinks in the fridge replaced daily for no charge. We highly recommend this hotel!

Neat small rooms and bathroom, very well decorated with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is near the centre of Luzern within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants and market. Staff were helpful and very professional. Breakfast had a wide variety of excellent local and international choices . The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was so good we decided to eat there a second night. Would certainly recommend this hotel and would return.
