“Cosy, clean, comfortable stay”
Very nice and professionally run hotel. Staff very efficient. Had a very good experience staying. Would recommend to travellers, especially couples. Centrally located. Also, the eateries around the hotel are quite good, would recommend meals at these outlets too.

“Hotel Krone- great hotel in Lucerne”
Great hotel in the perfect location in the old city. We stayed as a family of four. Hotel staff are warm and helpful. So many good restaurants within walking distance as well as sites and attractions. Rooms clean and quiet. Good breakfast served til midday!

Absolutely perfectly placed hotel for visiting Luzern! Easy to walk to from the train station, as well as all of the sights in Luzern. I had a single room on the top floor and my view was something out of a fairy tale. Medieval rooftops with mountains in the background. Stunning! My room was small… more
Absolutely perfectly placed hotel for visiting Luzern! Easy to walk to from the train station, as well as all of the sights in Luzern. I had a single room on the top floor and my view was something out of a fairy tale. Medieval rooftops with mountains in the background. Stunning! My room was small, but not claustrophobic. Everything was well situated; the fridge worked really well and the bed was comfortable(I'm from the US and didn't find it firm at all). The shower stall was on the small side, but nothing unmanageable. A small desk fan was in the room, which helped when it got a little stuffy. The front desk staff was very nice and efficient. It was always nice to be greeted with a smile after a long day!

“Wifi was intermittent and weak. We were on 4th floor.”
Well located, one street off of river, easy walk to train station. Solid 3 star. Clean, quiet, room 44 small but ok, European sized shower.Elevator works well. Didn’t eat the breakfast. Plenty of alternatives nearby. Know that most shops close at 7:00PM including the grocery stores.
