Excellent dinning. Perfect skiguides. Very good transportation due to own busses. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We have decided to go there again for skiing next year. Spacious rooms with large bathroom.

Very friendly staff, felt like leaving good friends when we had to leave. Perfectly organized skiing experience. All ski boots heated from inside over night. Shuttle directly to the cable car station. Special club owned restaurant at the mountain station of the cable car in the middle of the ski-slope area for delicious lunch buffet. Very motivated and helpful skiing instructors. Breathtaking high alpine Swiss nature. Down at the hotel, very relaxing wellness area, very good equipped gym, great entertainment, great food! Overall an unforgettable amazing week!! Thank you guys!! Little advice: Hotel is 1800m above sea level. So don't forget to have same no-skid snow chains in your car trunk for the winding road just in case.... :-)

I have read some reviews and I’m baffled by some of the comments. The staff was amazing, front desk, restaurant, everywhere. Super friendly. I met them all with a smile and they always reciprocated. They went out of their way to help. They are a very diverse bunch (Greek, Italian, etc), very hard working and super friendly (I suspect some of the negative reviews might have come from challenging customers; sorry folks). Too: leanr how to say ‘Danke’, ‘Afgaristó’ (my Greek for thanks) and ‘Graccie Mille’ (my Italian version) and you will have made friends. This a 4* hotel (no issue for me, but an exception as I normally go to 5*) and it was excellent. Relatively simple rooms, comfortable beds with awesome pillows, a great gym (for a hotel), fantastic saunas (be reminded there are a lot of Germans and it is unisex so you will see body parts you might never want to see flopping about even when you are doing your best to look at your feet or the ceiling). A small but good in-house ski rental place, ski boot warmers, a nice (up-hill) walk (stairs that are a little challenge, but we are skiers so we can tackle those) to the town center, a shuttle very 15 min to the lifts to the slopes, a nice bar and good and varied food (lots of protein sources - fish a bit dry but super healthy, had it every day). Not sure how well they cater to vegetarians (I missed a tofu dish for instance and that’s me being picky) but I’m sure they can help. They include basic drinks with food (ie wine), with the ski pass and even group ski classes (I took none of the latter). They have a restaurant in the slopes (yes folks only one) for lunch. They are simply really, really good at what they do (again 4* but you see they come from a 5* Famiky). I was on my own as the partner couldn’t come and my sky buddy had to go to another hotel (no more rooms here). The slopes were awesome. We were lucky to have a week of sunshine and only one day of snow and cloud. The valleys are stunning. Really great, hard working, lovely staff. I will return with my partner and will bring friends.
