“Very nice”
Great location, the room very comfortable (especially the bed and pillows - very comfy), the staff friendly. Very good breakfast. The spa/gym area was not so attractive (very small both). The concierge very helpful. Overall, I recommend.

“Awesome”
Really comfy bed, very quite at night, great food and service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, room cleaned daily. Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants around. We did the Chamonix excursion with the cable car and train through the mountains and was amazing.

Perfect location, good breakfast and guest room. Very helpful staff: they helped us pay an import tax for a parcel we had purchased from another country. They also had good recommendations around the area. I have nothing to complain regarding my stay

Very good location of the hotel. Room large and plenty of space. Room were renkvated. Kindful service. We had 2 issues during our stay: - all personal data from guests were stolen from hackers dar had access to hotel's system reservation. Very good location of the hotel. Room large and plenty of space. Room were renkvated. Kindful service. We had 2 issues during our stay: - all personal data from guests were stolen from hackers dar had access to hotel's system reservation. I received 50 emails requesting me to pay for my stay that was already paid. - i had a personal item that was taken from my room and even after complaining at reception the item was still missing.
