“Value for the money”

Located just near Cornavin Station but still in a very quiet zone. Many restaurants around. Lake is only 200 m away. Excellent breakfast. Room is cosy and very functional. Reception staff is more than welcoming. Medium priced. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a block from the underground exit to the train station. That means both great proximity, and far enough away to avoid all the bus, train and taxi traffic at the station itself. It was modern, clean and small, but so well laid out, that the size wasn't an issue. The bed was comfortable, the view nice, and the curtains sufficient to make the room dark in daylight (great for jet lagged travelers from the USA arriving at 7:00 am with no sleep). As is common in European hotels, the sink was outside the bathroom. There were shelves in the bathroom, and shelves in the hall, as well as a closet to hang things in, with both shelves and a safe. There was a TV, and a small but usable desk. The breakfast was a simple European breakfast (cheese, fruit, croissants, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, tea or coffee) in a serve-yourself room at the top of the hotel -- in a room with a great view. As a person looking for a place to sleep while transiting Geneva, needing nothing fancy, but a clean room with power for devices, a good bathroom, and quiet dark sleep, this was ideal. It was a good price for a nice room - small but not cramped. I recommend this over the numerous hotels right at the train station (being one block away has great advantages, quieter, fewer undesirables hanging out by the front door, better price for more space and a more updated room with good amenities). N.B. for Americans -- the power is 240V 50Hz, and the plugs are Swiss - while adapters are readily available from European (i.e. French) pugs to Swiss, and from American to European, high-quality adapters from American to Swiss are hard to come by (and the one block fits every plug solutions are of really poor quality). I recommend getting an American to French (European) adapter, and a separate French (European) to Swiss adapter (you may be able to borrow one of these from the hotel).

“Perfect location at a good price ”

Perfectly located hotel close by to the Jet deau. There are numerous bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Shops are also all around you. Perfectly located hotel close by to the Jet deau. There are numerous bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Shops are also all around you. The train station is across the road and couldn't be easier to find. The train into Geneva from the airport was 2 Francs and took 5 minutes. The hotel is then across the road. The hotel itself is basic but very clean and the staff were excellent. Geneva can be an expensive city to spend a few days in, so to get a hotel like this for a good price is fantastic value for money. I would 100% stay here again.
