“Great hotel, good price for what you receive.”
I stayed here for one night with my friend for a short trip to Geneva, great price for what you receive. Reception staff excellent and attentive, fast to reply to emails/queries online aswell as fast and early check in. Room was lovely, on the smaller side but has everything you will need. I stayed here for one night with my friend for a short trip to Geneva, great price for what you receive. Reception staff excellent and attentive, fast to reply to emails/queries online aswell as fast and early check in. Room was lovely, on the smaller side but has everything you will need. Safe, hairdryer and amenities packs in room, also fridge full of snacks/drinks available if you wish. We used the spa facilities and they were great, sauna/swimming pool/jacuzzi all amazing and towels provided on the beds, we however did not receive the towel robes or slippers in our room which we saw other guests had-not too big of a deal! The lift was very small but did the job, and location of the hotel may not be in the best area however we did not encounter anything like other reviews had stated. The lakes are a short walk away and so is the Geneva train station, easy links to the airport. All in all I had a great stay here, albeit being worried about other reviews. I would say ignore the bad reviews, we had a lovely stay here. Thank you!

Gorgeous hotel in a great location, close to some fantastic bars and restaurants and a short walk to “old town Geneva”

Expensive, noise at nights, poor hotel amenities, no drinking water, slippers, small rooms, good breakfast

“Would not go back”
The hotel is has been redone recently It is located in an active. red light District. The rooms have stalls for the toilet and shower and the sink is out in the open so there is no privacy in the small room. The breakfast was basic but good , and the room was clean.
