“Great location very convenient”

Very convenient hotel located 5 minutes from train and bus station. We stayed in 4th floor in the back. 401 onwards are better more silent rooms. Very convenient hotel located 5 minutes from train and bus station. We stayed in 4th floor in the back. 401 onwards are better more silent rooms. During the weekends you can get a lot of noise from the street. You can have a hot breakfast for 24 CHF, however if you prefer you can buy it in a Coop to go store or in a Migros store in the train station. The hotel offers water, coffee and tea and a very good and confortable bed setting. The bathroom has also a good size. Bern is a good location if you want to use it as a central point to go to other placea like Zermatt, Interlaken and Thun.

“Good choice for staying in Bern”

Nice hotel in the city of Bern. Rooms were tidy and clean with a nice balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Very centrally located and parking garage is nearby. There are Nice restaurants around the hotel and you can do everything by walk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent 3* hotel with no claim to being four stars. The lobby was virtually nonexistent. The reception clerk was very helpful and gave us a room upgrade because we booked directly on their website instead of using a third party booking service. The room was an adequate size with very good lighting. The AC, however, left much to be desired. Simply put, it was inadequate to cool the room properly, even on the lowest temperature setting and highest fan speed. The hot water kettle leaked from the bottom and still did so after I had reported it to the desk. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty and I had to report it to the desk before it was refilled. Breakfast was adequate without being lavish. The location was superb-a 2 minute walk from the train station ( and a good thing too, since the street is pedestrian only after a certain time in the morning).
