“Just fabulous”
Fabulous hotel - amazing views (we had a room on floor B) and had an unobstructed view of the lake and towards Ascona. The staff are fabulous - very friendly, helpful and speak fabulous English. “Amazing Place & Perfect Staff”
Our visit in this hotel will be unforgetable . The Room is spoiling , modern with amazing lake view . The Staff is so so kind and dedicated . all rooms with panoramic view over Lago Maggiore, also very good restaurant with nice terrace (international cooking), gorgeous breakfast, fantastic swimmingpool on roof with splendid panorama the whole hotel - modestly called "albergo" - has an overall fantastic view on the lake

“A disappointment for a 4 star hotel!”
I was quite disappointed with hotel Casa Berno and the prime reason for the disappointment was the room. Other than the amazing view, the room did not feel like one that it could belong to a 4 star hotel. It felt like a very old room outdated bamboo furniture from the 70s, worn out carpet, bathroom… more
