“Wonderful beautiful place”
We had a wonderful experience here with our family. The free train station shuttle was a great bonus. When we arrived our driver was there waiting for us. “Great view, service, spa, fitness, friendliness close to Lugano City Center.”
View, service, spa, fitness, friendliness was top notch. We also got a good deal on the room which had a balcony out of this world and as an extra plus had own kitchen. Location was relatively close to city center so no problems in experiencing the great city of Lugano. We will for sure come back.

“Beautiful views and lovely service”
We had a wonderful time here. The suite was huge and had incredible views from the balcony. It was quite a walk to restaurants and town in the heat, but the Ticino ticket gives free bus rides so we used that a lot. Breakfast on the balcony with lake views was a highlight. “Wishes”
Love 1. Friendly and helpful front desk 2. Breakfast spread 3. Room is spacious although a bit dated Wishes 1. Bedroom slipper instead of the rubber flipflops in the room 2. Iron instead of having to go to laundry/iron room 3. Bidet in the toilet 4. Breakfast to have egg station
