“This is the only hotel to consider in Lugano”
This is the only hotel to consider in Lugano! My fourth stay there and it always gets just better. Friendly staff, excellent location just by funicular and 10 min walk tov Congress Center. The rooms are nice, some small but this time super big. And the breakfast is extra ordinary plentiful.

We stayed at Lugano Dante for 2 nights at the end of our Swiss holiday. You are so close to Italy, that you almost forget you are in Switzerland. Hotel is a great location. We stayed at Lugano Dante for 2 nights at the end of our Swiss holiday. You are so close to Italy, that you almost forget you are in Switzerland. Hotel is a great location. Arrive and park your car and walk everywhere. Included in our stay was a transit card to use on two different cable cars. Very nice! Our two room suite was spacious and delightful. Great sleep. Breakfast was included and very impressive. Hold and cold options. Self serve coffee machine. Delicious bread and pastries. Friendly staff. One of the coolest aspects of our stay was the garage. The car self parks itself. And the fact that the hotel offers such an easy way to secure and park your car is great! Cannot beat the hotel location and the hospitality!

I have been coming to Lugano Dante almost every year since early 2000. It has undergone 2 renovations since and has very modern facilities being perfectly maintained. I have been coming to Lugano Dante almost every year since early 2000. It has undergone 2 renovations since and has very modern facilities being perfectly maintained. The location is central and it is immaculate. The Flamel restaurant is definitely worth a try. Now to the negatives: the service has always been at a very high level and previously there wasn’t a time when I didn’t feel welcome. It is still the case with valet service and at breakfast, however the reception service and service at the Flamel restaurant are catastrophic. Every time I reached out to the reception, I felt like I was disturbing and the waiters at the restaurant were barely polite. When hiring generation Z staff, one should really put the effort to teach them how to work properly in good spirits.
