Hotel is clean, affordable & in a great location! All staff were great & helpful in so many ways, especially Barbara & Francesco. “Lovely hotel with very kind staff”

My wife & I stayed for one night in a room with balcony towards the lake, and we had a lovely stay! The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was beautiful – with morning sun. Tasty breakfast with a super good cappuccino and a really kind waiter, who was doing whatever he could to make us enjoy this breakfast in the autumn morning sun outside at the fullest. In short, thank you for the experience and we‘ll definitely come back!

On our way to the Swiss Alps, we stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy Lugano. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good, and the location was slightly out of town center (which was good) and the dock for ferry service was right down the street. The best was their concierge, Barbara - who got us free passes on local buses, and discounts on other attractions. She gave us great advise of lesser known things to do - and how to get around. All in all, a wonderful stay!

“Pleasant hotel in Lugano convenient to the lake”
This hotel was comfortable and clean. Rooms were nicely appointed although the shower was challenging to manage and the water temperature difficult to regulate. Breakfast was average and wait staff was attentive and accommodating. Beds were average although the room was a bit small.
