We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here! The reception staff, particularly Maria was warm, helpful, and polite, making us feel welcome from the start. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that provided two excellent nights' sleep. While the breakfast was satisfactory, we especially appreciated the complimentary hot beverages available throughout the day and night in the dining area. This thoughtful touch by the management deserves two thumbs up! The hotel's location is also a major plus, within walking distance to numerous tourist attractions, as well as the train and bus stations. Overall, we had a lovely and cozy 2-day stay. Highly recommended!

“Cozy and friendly hotel in the center of Malmö”
A very cozy hotel, five minutes walk from the Malmö Central railway station. The old city and Malmö castle just around the corner! The hotel has everything you need, as usual for Best Western - comfy beds, good breakfast and very friendly staff! Also, as usual - clean.

“A royal stay”
I really liked this hotel with its old world ambience and quirky but high quality rooms. The location is also very good, close to the central station and within easy walking distance of restaurants and pubs. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Value for money and very much recommende

On the other side the hotel is a four star but I have stayed in better three stars, so thats kind of stretch and must have been given a long time ago. For the price I payed, I would def. return
