“Scandic Gamla Stan is my home away from home.”
Centrally located. Easily accessible from T-Centralen (within the walking distance). Excellent rooms. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff.

“Recommended hotel centrally in Old Town”
Very nice and cosy centrally located in Old Town. No bar or restaurant, but those are everywhere around the hotel anyway. Smallest elevator ever, worth a visit by itself. Good breakfast although a bit crowdy at peak hours Located in a street with almost no traffic, so silent area

“Great location and breakfast”
A central hotel, cosy room with character, high ceiling and a view of Old Town roofs. Lovely breakfast buffet, and a cosy breakfast room that was very quiet, despite it being almost full (probably depends on the guests but it was quiet when we were there). “Scandic Gamla Stan was the best”
We've stayed in hotels throughout Europe and none were better than the Scandic Gamla Stan...the cost was reasonable, the room size and bathroom size very good. But the best quality was the staff. They were very helpful, courteous, and always cheerful. I highly recommend Scandic Gamla Stan.
