As someone who has stayed at the Hilton Stockholm Slussen numerous times over the past four or five years, I can confidently say that the staff here are truly exceptional. What keeps me returning isn't just the location or the comfortable rooms - it's the people who work here and the service you provide. For me, that outweighs any of the hotel's other features, especially as a frequent traveller. It's been a pleasure to see familiar faces each time I return. I got to know many of you on first-name terms and learned a little about you, and I am so glad to see so many of you have stayed year after year. It says something about the experience as an employee when you have loyal people. You remember my preferences without prompting, which makes me feel genuinely valued as a guest. It's easy to stay with you, especially when being frequent this is highly appreciated. While the front desk team are the most customer-facing, I've had the opportunity to interact with various departments during my stays. From housekeeping to the restaurant staff, the executive lounge team, maintenance, and even the "night manager" - not his title, but quite a character, nonetheless. The level of professionalism and warmth is consistent across the board. They're always ready with a smile and a "welcome back," which goes a long way when you're a frequent traveller. While the Hilton Stockholm Slussen has many great features, the dedicated staff keeps me loyal to this property. Over the years, they've made this hotel feel like a home away from home. While I don't stay frequently any longer, after 10 months of being away, I had the same feeling during this weekend I spent with my wife. Thank you for that. I won't name names, but you know who you all are. It was a pleasure to see you again and thanks for going so far out of your way to make it a special visit. If you're looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your experience, look no further. The team here embodies the saying "people make the place" in the best possible way.

“Wonderful location and friendly staff”

I chose this hotel because of the location and it was perfect. It was an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and a metro station. The hotel staff were very helpful and the restaurant on site was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only negative thing I'll say is the shower was hard t… more

I chose this hotel because of the location and it was perfect. It was an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and a metro station. The hotel staff were very helpful and the restaurant on site was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only negative thing I'll say is the shower was hard to climb in and out of for short people because the bathtub was so tall. So if that's an issue, maybe request a room with no tub if they have them.

“Not up to Hilton European Standards”

I have stayed in many Hiltons in Europe and this Hilton was definitely not up to the typical European Hilton standards. The hotel room was small (especially the bathroom & shower) and desperately in need of updating. Does anyone have carpeted floors anymore? Only one outlet on each side of the bed … more

I have stayed in many Hiltons in Europe and this Hilton was definitely not up to the typical European Hilton standards. The hotel room was small (especially the bathroom & shower) and desperately in need of updating. Does anyone have carpeted floors anymore? Only one outlet on each side of the bed and no USB ports, no in-room coffee service and totally lacking amenities. The Wi-Fi was the worse-it only worked 1 of my 4 nights stay. They were constantly rebooting it. The breakfast was decent but not the best of our trip, but definitely not worth the $28 price. They need more Swedish food. Also, very few restaurants nearby and none for breakfast. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
